November conjures the familiar aromas of roasted turkey fresh from the oven, the sweet and savory scents of apple and pumpkin pies, sweet potato and green bean casseroles and in our home the warm spice of beef short ribs. Like us, we know you have your favorite dishes for the holidays, that bring warmth and comfort and instill a deep sense of tradition as you gather around your tables.
It is also a time of reflection. We are reminded to be thankful for all that we have and all that we have the ability to offer our friends, family, customers and community. Many of you know we support local schools and organizations throughout the year with donations to charitable events and activities. We love providing our baskets, tastings, and gift cards throughout the year and are grateful to you for reaching out, requesting and allowing us to be a part of your communities.
However, we also have some organizations, charities and activities that are aligned with our company’s and staffs’ mission and values that we contribute our time, money and energy to throughout the year. New for this year, we are pleased to announce that we are featuring some of them them on our Facebook page – approximately one a week – now though December.
