This recipe yielded 6 servings

Ingredients:

2 lbs. - 1/2 pound each color - purple, green, yellow, and yellow with purple spots string beans, French cut.

Finely slice some red onion and sweet long red pepper.

1 can or diced water chestnuts (drained)

1 TBSP of Sugar

3 TBSP Olive Lucy Cranberry/Pear White Balsamic

3 TBSP Olive Lucy Persian Lime Olive Oil

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Add all of the above in a large bowl two hours prior to the meal and toss every 20-30 minutes to coat all the beans, onion and pepper. Serve chilled or room temperature.
