Ingredients:

1 lb white meat chicken breast, cubed

1 medium diced red bell pepper

1 medium diced yellow bell pepper

1 medium diced red onion

1 tsp Olive Lucy Key Lime White Balsamic

2 Tbsp Olive Lucy Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil

1 lime, juiced

Sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

 

Directions:

In a large sauté pan, heat 1 Tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil on medium high heat and sauté the chicken until cooked. Once the chicken is fully cooked, add the peppers and onions to the pan and reduce the heat to medium. Pour in the Baklouti Green Chili Olive Oil and the Key Lime White Balsamic and let simmer for 8-10 minutes. Squeeze lime juice over the chicken and veggies and serve on a hard or soft taco shell.
